1822.32 INNERWRAP ALTENE SERIES

Backing: Special blend of stabilized Polyethylene
Adhesive: Butyl rubber and adhevise resins on both sides
Interleaf: Anti-adhesive Film Treated with Silicon

The ALTENE 1822.32 is 3-ply adhesive system produces a strong cohesive bond to the primer steel surface, at the spiral overlap and to the mechanical outer layer.
The mechanical protection layer ALTENE 205-206-122, achieves a complete bond to the ALTENE 109 inner layer, providing maximum and in-service protection for the coating system.

It is a suitable covering in the yard or in the factory for pipes, joints, curves of any diameter.

The material from buried can be coarse. The laying in soils with irregular profile. Estimation suitable for the coating of pipes with tangential stresses.
Application of hand tapes or with manual or motorized Trichy coated.
Tape overlay of 50% percent of the width.
